Looks like Hammond is still there. I presume it's because he's due to speak soon because the rest of the big guns have fucked off.

ETA: Blackford has just pointed out that all the Scottish Tories have gone.

I noticed gaps on the bench’s where the Scots Tories sit from the very start of debate.

I’m not convinced they have turned upto the debate at all. Perhaps someone with eagle eyes will correct me.

My. The Scot Nats aren't too happy with being told that their Wee Nic would be out of her depth in Westminster.  She may be a star in a dreadful Scottish parliament, but Westminster is such a bear pit that she would crawl away with a whimper.

If Anna Soubry asked for my key after buying her a G+T at a Premier Inn, I would willingly grant it, and scuttle up sharpish.

"swipe card" doesn't have the same ring about it, right enough.

I've said that article 50 would be extended and brexit wouldn't happen (nap) for over a year now. This is what's happening. Article 50 will be extended to allow for a people's vote. I for one am delighted but it's a shocking afront to democracy

What makes you think another vote won't choose leave again?  The polls are almost exactly as they were before the last vote.

I don't know what polls you are looking at but most recent ones show a swing from Leave to Remain of around 4-5%.

welshbairn’s own poll.  It’s not very scientific.
