Not a holding company I think.  Here’s is their accounts.

Only one of the directors has a number of directorships.  Pretty unusual for this sort of venture I’d say.  One other has a second directorship with a three year old company that is also insolvent.

Do you know what insolvent means?  In what way are this company insolvent or do you just ignore the £600k raised in September?

Yes I know what it means.  You are correct, I had looked at the share issue document and had read the nominal value rather than the amount paid.

So the company at present is probably solvent.

A bit worrying that it seemed to take them three attempts to get their own address right in January last year...Screenshot_20181231-101426.jpg

I've noticed that address before, sounds like the kind of place you can rent by the hour but use permanently as a business address.

Seems very suspicious, but from an actual operational stance it's defunct. Brexit ain't happening lads.

Yeah, but billions will be wasted in preparation and some of it will go into pockets that it should not.

I reckon the U.K. is less corrupt than most comparable countries; but it’s still corrupt.

Are you absolutely off your fucking head?

The entire London housing market is awash with dirty money, and by extension a large amount of the money that passes through the financial sector in London is for sure generated through some form of corruption.

Forget brown envelopes and cheeky backhanders, think snakeskin overnight duffel bags full of £millions getting exchanged in 5* hotel lobbies.

You’re a daft wee laddie who seems to think that gratuitous insults add to what he has to say.

Read my post again then tell me which comparable countries are less corrupt than the U.K.
