The reality is that Aberdeen FC is a club that represents a community, whereas the former rangers were a club who needed hate and bigotry to thrive - they also represented that arrogant camel-coated tickly-handshake weegie 'establishment' - we knew that, we disliked them. Maybe Sevco will prove to be different - but it looks like those Vanguard Bears and the likes will always need something to appeal to the underclass that exists in so much of west central Scotland, as well as too many places in rest of the nation............including parts of the north-east such as Portlethen, Peterhead and Portessie.
