How? Why do the 8 richest men on the planet support social liberalism then? Why does Hollywood? Why do the major tech companies?

I've no idea if they do or don't, could you show me where it's shown that the 8 richest men in the world support it?

There's a helluva lot of champagne socialists in Hollywood though.

It's also a good idea, if one needs or wants support, to tell people what they want to hear (there was a good example on the TV yesterday, you might have seen it!). Espousing individualist values doesn't really get support, it doesn't need it, except from others that have the means to exploit the idea.  Most people don't have that.

1) It's not about whether it's going on in another country or not. That's an empty argument.

2) It's not about making a choice either. It's the apathy towards current issues in this country at the moment which is my issue, rather than the protests against Trump themselves. Whether you shouldn't have to choose one over the other, which is absolutely correct btw, people clearly are.

I've never met anyone who think thinks white people are discriminated against who wasn't a complete imbecile.

Fortunately I've encountered very few folk like that IRL.  Mind you they're easy to spot (and avoid) slavering simpletons who can only feel at ease with others of their own ilk.  They have a tendency to suffer from inferiority complexes and display strong mysoginistic tendencies.  I'm sure they would make an interesting group study.

Might it be that people with lower intelligence (let's ignore the "r" word for a second) tend to be poorer and therefore more likely to vote on the left hand side of the political spectrum, for obvious reasons  and that people with high IQ's tend to think a bit more about what the real drivers of the tensions in our societies are?

It's possible, I think.

So maybe politicians/commentators are right when they call the electorate "stupid"? (Only when they don't vote the preferred way, of course.)

Half of Trump's tax cuts will go to the richest 1%, and the dumb Trumpets think he cares about them.

I wonder how long it will take them to figure out they've been had?  Maybe never... :(

White people aren't discriminated against, well maybe in Zimbabwe. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a sad troll.

Try going for a drink in certain cities, suburbs or towns in America or South Africa. You will quickly experience anti-white racism, possibly a bullet.
