King Kebab
Haven't done this for 3 years now, so above is the new updated list!!! Just for clarity, it's their name, age, regular position and whether or not they've been capped by us and if so at what level!!! Also any players out on loan are kept under the banner of their Parent Club!!! Two things, we are fine for Left Back's and Goalies, but of course we all knew that and it looks like our next lot of Central Defenders will be either from Reading or Newcastle IMO!!! ETA Wolves seem to have a young team worth the watching as well all around the same age, all getting recognised at their age group internationally, let's hope for a wee Scottish Quality Street Gang coming through in the Midlands!!! Gordopolis
Good stuff - plenty of names there i never heard of and a lot more numbers wise than I thought there were, especially young ones.

cmontheloknow
Angus Gunn at Man City could yet be capped if he has a change of heart surely?
dogmc
I'd imagine Strachan will have detailed files on all those lads given how professional and open minded he is......

Scottish dad and obviously never capped at competitive level for the England senior team.
jagfox
Steven Pressley just said on Sportsound that they approached a Swansea player about aligning to Scotland. I'm guessing Bartley again rather than Alfie Mawson?

jagfox
It was actually Gylfi Sigurðsson. Turns out it was Mawson. He'd rather give the England u21 route a go. Can't blame him really.

PrestersKTID
Severe lack of right backs in that list too. Bardsley probably won't play again and Whittaker maybe won't either, hutton retired and the rest are pretty young. Palmer get a game for Wednesday? What's happened to Kingsley, thought he was an option at CB, we are struggling there so much it's unreal.

If he is going to make it in the Premiership then it will be in the LB role. The difficulty for him is that Andrew Robertson is ahead of him and Teirney is a cracking prospect at Celtic and I would say is slightly ahead of him. Guest
That's a very depressing list of mostly utter and complete dross. Lots of names I'd forgotten and many I want to forget..........
Staggie_93
That Kirk Broadfoot at Rotherham could surely do a job since we are struggling for a right back.

Ya Bezzer! Yet here he is being mentioned as a potential Scotland player simply because he's now at a Premier League club. Kinda says everything that is wrong about our selection policy and the way we elevate everything with even an English association to a superior status.
