NorthBank
If Dennis is fit he should start. Has scored more goals than Obika and Erwin combined. Hope Connolly is fit by now (how long does it take?), and starts.

NorthBank
Dennis hasn't scored for us yet.Has more career goals than anyone at St Mirren. Considering he has been injured it is no surprise he hasn't scored for us yet.
Ric
So I wonder if this will have any bearing on our case(s)... https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/spfl-covid-forfeit-plans-rejected-22947400 "Scotland's clubs have joined together to boot out a controversial proposal to impose mandatory 3-0 defeats for coronavirus call-offs." While I doubt it will completely rule out any forfeiture, it may make it a little less likely.

Absolutely nuts (but entirely typical) that they would even attempt to get this introduced after the season has started and after postponements have occurred. I'm not saying clubs should go unpunished, but they certainly can't decide what the punishment should be after the fact. Would be interesting to know if any clubs voted in favour - Accies and Well, presumably - given this really could impact any team at any point still.
ZingaliMan
Great to see Saints back in training normality returns. I'm working Friday night so it will be SMTV Saturday before I can watch the game.

NorthBank
Welcome Jake. But please avoid house parties. https://www.stmirren.com/all-news/3806-jake-doyle-hayes-signs-for-saints and Brandon Mason has also eventually arrived. Double edged sword. If he's pish it's not great loss. If he's good we have another Kieran Sadlier situation on our hands.
NorthBank
With Mason, Finlayson, Doyle-Hayes being added and Dennis now fit and Flynn nearly fit, maybe we'll have enough players to field a team.

This lad, Connolly, McGrath and McCarthy.

Would be nice to tie up Connolly on a longer deal. He might blow hot and cold, and be a bit raw, but that is the template for just about every decent winger we've ever had!

dumpweed
Doyle Hayes is a good signing for you. "Footballing" midfielder probably the best way to describe him. Don't know what formation you've been playing this season but I'd guess he will be in the advanced centre mid role.
