That's not to say it won't come, if Hibs are doing their job properly then of course he has to be a serious contender. If he goes it will be a major blow, I don't think there can be any debate about that. AW saint Posted August 31, 2023 Share Posted August 31, 2023 Robbo is not even out the door and it's silly season. Flynn won't get the gig and O'Carroll will go with Robbo if it happens. I don't believe Robbo has taken us as far as he can. He is building us to new levels with each transfer window. He could take us further with luck. He is however envious of bigger budgets and that is what could tempt him. Money talks but job satisfaction comes into play as well. I think they would have to pay Gray off and pay Saints compo for OCarroll and Robbo if that were to happen. That's another significant amount of money , which could be a decent transfer budget if say someone like Neil Lennon was appointed. Yeah that’s not really what I meant.
