Scottish Rugby seems to manage the funding for flights where necessary. My nephew played semi pro in New Zealand and had to fly for most of their games. This story moves too quickly! I think Dunbar have publicly announced their move, whereas everyone else haven't made a public statement. That's why they may have been overlooked as its public knowledge already. EDIT: Checking for Craigroyston they've posted their official announcement on their club website, but nothing on twitter/facebook yet.
