Season/marinade with olive oil, balsamic, rosemary then mint sauce. Fantastic. If you over cook them you could tie them to your feet.

Just give her what she wants. She'll probably puke if you give her lamb.
Venti
Pork chops are amazing. Score the skin down to the fat & roll the skin in Colmans mustard powder. Stick them under a grill.

senorsoupe
I have them occasionally, usually coat them in Dijon mustard, rosemary, and garlic and then bake them. Very tasty.
The_Kincardine
I like pork chops but seldom cook them - mainly because you can get a 2kg pork shoulder joint for under £8 in Tesco which will easily feed 4. Served with apple and onion gravy and 'all the trimmings' it makes an excellent Sunday roast and much cheaper than beef.

You're a nurse. You should know that undercooked pork leads to Trichinosis.

killiefan27
I eat them, but mainly because it's socially unacceptable to just eat a jar of apple sauce for dinner. Apple sauce is the most criminally underrated condiment on the planet.
