DeeTillEhDeh
This man has to be the biggest lying duplicitous shit in Scottish politics. Currently posting on Facebook about SNP trolls targeting him. No Anas you block anyone who dares question you like I did last week. I'm not a member of the SNP. I'm not a troll. However, you are a c**t of the first degree who runs away at the first sign of trouble and lies about what happened.

Colkitto
I believe Sarwar will be the worst leader yet, and that's saying something. It will be gutter politics of the worst kind. Like Murphy he's not stupid, but has hatred for the SNP that will take over from any rational thought. I personally think Corbyn has a limited shelf life. When he goes or falls out of favour you'll have Sarwar in Scotland totally destroying what remains of Labour. Who gains from that is anyone's guess? The Unionists in Labour may well jump to the Tories and give them a boost. Not sure what will happen there - could favour the SNP too I suppose.

Sarwar will be the death of Slab if he gets the job, he is a absolute c**t of a human being and just about everybody except him knows it. The simple fact he is in contention just shows how fucked Slab truly are.
Mark Connolly
I always thought Anas Sarwar might be a bit of a c**t until I met him. Since then, I can confidently say he is a complete c**t.

invergowrie arab
Labour really do defy belief. I thought Dugdale wasn't an outrageous idea, despite her being personally wanting, she was at least a break from the old guard. Now it looks like they want to rerun all their mistakes again. An unreconstructed blairite and against an unreconstructed bennite. Both doubling down on the SNPBad. Basically every mistake they have made since McConnell played out again and again. Whoever wins will ride the Corbyn wave a bit until that Corbyn wave hits the reality of Brexit and young twits in England wake up to what they voted for.
NotThePars
Last paragraph aside, which I still think is a liberal fantasy that probably won't be borne out, I agree with what you're saying. It's immensely frustrating that a candidate with decent politics is being pulled into this constitutional issue that's going to consign Labour, rightly if they stick by it, to the history books up here.

It's Labour themselves who, time and time again, conflate the constitutional issue with their ability to deliver true progressive politics. it's them who declare that there is an intractable conflict with Scottish self government that requires socialism be delivered by the British state, and indeed, can only be delivered by the British state. They are Unionists first and foremost - no one pulls their candidates into the constitutional debate, it's just where they want to go.
Ira Gaines
I don't get the "last paragraph aside" bit. NotThePars seems to be completely blind to the incompetence that Corbyn shows.
NotThePars
I didn't say it was anything external that was pulling them into the debate. It's a fundamental flaw within the party that has to change if they want to survive.
