Guess the ground

Correct.

Dnipro wasn't a Euro 2012 venue -  I would imagine it was a Europa League match - they made the final recently.

Aye could have been. I’m sure they played a Scottish team in Europe (Hibs maybe?) but that was at the old ground

They played both Aberdeen and Hibs in the 2000’s, but both were at the old Meteor Stadium.

Been a big from from grace for Dnipro and they’re now an amateur club after repeated points deductions and relegations due to spiralling debt. Fan-owned phoenix club Dnipro-1 have just been promoted to the top flight though and also use that ground, so we might see it back in Europe soon.

1 FC Nuremburg?

Good guess given the shape of the corner but nope, again close.

I've seen this concrete colossus  somewhere before....

I can't believe I now recognize stadiums via collar inserts on football shirts

COOORRRECT. Its the Fritz Walter Stadion, home of third division has-beens 1. F.C Kaiserslautern.

Great thread.

Here's one

I called that place home for a while (the country, not the pitch) - it's Marina Bay's floating stadium in Singapore.

Fun fact 1; it has never been used for professional football - not even for the lowly local Singapore Premier League.

Fun fact 2; that strip of road in front of the stand? Part of Formula 1's Singapore Grand Prix track.

I'll shut up for a while now and let others guess.
