Sadly there will be people who invest in what's virtually a pyramid scheme, that cements fans to the bottom, and lose a lot of money through it, simply because the club have endorsed it. Probably less of a risk at Hibs than at the big global corporate brand clubs who are doing this kind of thing with socios.com where supporters are so alienated from the superstars that this kind of thing might be valued https://www.socios.com/socios-rewards/ The moment in the PSG "fan experience" video where the poor schmuck is delighted to get a wave from a player is tragic
yoda
Football clubs love preaching about the concept of "community". If Hibs (or any other club) had a degree of social responsibility they'd not be getting involved in this. Or, at the very least, have the terms and conditions in big size 72 font on the website.

Do folk not realise to watch a warm up( which is pretty boring) they just need to turn up slightly early? A benifit many give up every single week for one more beer?

Barry Ferguson's Hat
Same could be said for 'We Are The People', tbh. Utterly meaningless.

It’s a reference to The 1956 Scottish Cup Final win over Celtic. John Cumming returning to the pitch with blood pouring from his head. He’s often credited with those words, but I think it may have been someone else who uttered the quote in reference to his spirit.

It’s not really comparable. Blood doesn’t show is a reference to one of our greatest players battling on after a head knock, to win the Scottish Cup v Celtic. I’ve no idea what we arra peepul is all about. Other than maybe a kind of oneupmanship over religion and culture.
