First decision was very tight. Does he have possession and does he make proper contact before he's out of bounds? Second one is as straight forward as you can get. Makes the catch. To be fair, the teams might all be based in the US but they are the pinnacle of the sport and the best talent in the world at the sport all end up in that league.
