The bottom six could have been done with as few as two switches, did we not deduce?

Saints have three switches alone! How fucking hard is it?

They've denied us the chance to relegate Dundee at Dens as well. Booooo

Hearts getting shafted.

Pleasing.

It's in the guidance now that the teams in 5th / 6th (for top six) or 7th / 8th (for bottom six) should get shafted, because they (in theory) have less to play for. Hence Killie / Hearts / St J receiving most of the shafting / doing most of the moaning on here.

Hearts can't really complain given the latitude the league gave them while building the new stand.

We're the only team in the top 6 not involved in a TV game.

Also we don't get a 4th home game against either of the 2 arses.

Shows exactly what the SPFL and TV companies think about us.

Blame Ayr. If they would ever get their arse in gear you would get more TV games.

At least it finally makes sense why they take so long to figure out the fixtures, seeing as they just flat out ignore the simplest solution.

Baffling.

I think Killies #TB4 platinum card has just run out of credit.

Shame.

For County:

Sat. 21st Apr. RCFC vs Motherwell - 1500
Sat. 28th Apr. Hamilton vs RCFC - 1230 (TV)
Fri. 4th May. Partick vs RCFC - 1945 (TV)
Tues. 8th May. RCFC vs Dundee - 1945
Sat. 12th May. St J vs RCFC. - 1500

So we've got 3 away games, which is fair as we've played 17 at home and 16 away.

  • Motherwell home is fair.
  • Hamilton away is fair., although noon kick-off, cant see folk racing to get on the supporters bus for that one, be leaving Dingwall before sun-rise
  • Partick away is fair, although the remaining meeting is on a Friday evening; sure there'll be a huge amount of County fans journey the length of Scotland in time for that one...on telly for those who don't make it tho. Ho hum. When we won 4-0 it was a schoolday/evening, so that maybe balances out?
  • Dundee home is fair.
  • St J away means we've played them three times away and once at home, hopefully they have nothing to play for by then and just lie down! I doubt that will happen though!

So I reckon going to Perth three times is the only real complaint from our point of view, the rest is just typical ignoring of fans and travel logistics.

Motherwell are going to relegate us on the last day, aren't they? :(

Can't really any complaints due to getting all the fixtures we thought we'd get and not having shitemares like County away in midweek and Inverness on a Saturday lunchtime.

Friday 27 March Aberdeen v Hearts KO 19.45 - last train to Edinburgh is 21.31, If game runs exactly on time that gives 60 seconds to get from Pittodrie to train, minus the fact the trains can now close the doors up to 30 seconds before the train is due to depart.

Tuesday 8 May Aberdeen v SEVCO KO 19.45 - Last train to Glasgow is 20.42, Might just see the 1st half before a taxi for your train.

Rangers is the only team that gets a 3rd home game against anyone in the top 6 - and the reason one of their victims is you is that you are the only other team that played more home than away games so far, so this is the neatest fix to the imbalances in the fixture list. The other victim - Hearts, bless 'em - has more justification for a grievance, since they only get 18 home games and play at Ibrox three times.

As for TV games - is that a bad thing? It means your games are mostly at the respectable 3pm on a Saturday, if you're actually inclined to go to the games..

The night-time rail schedule in this country really needs to be improved, I agree.
