Let someone leave, who plays two positions we are woeful in - and never bring in a replacement. Shambolic - he had a contract so should have stayed until a replacement was brought in.

What was the point of keeping him ? He could not train any days , along with was not getting a game and wasn’t rated by many fans , now some fans are asking why we let him go , I find that strange Edited November 17, 2021 by Finlay21

There was nothing wrong with letting him go if they had bothered to get a replacement in.

I’m not disputing with you but if they didn’t I find it a bit weird that an under contract full-time player would take on all those commitments meaning he can no longer train. I’d love to see my works reaction if I just turned round tomorrow to tell them I could now only work 1 day a week because reasons.

Fitbafollower
I heard in the bowling club on Saturday Aaro has moved back to Dumfries with his family so surely we have a chance if we ask him to extend his contract he will continue to travel and play for Ayr living in Dumfries limits his full time options?

THEHonestman1910
You could excuse the fact that Miller wanted to leave for university reasons. But you can't excuse the fact that we never brought a replacement.

He would have a decent chance of starting in the current side. As I said though, that isn’t the issue - it was the lack of a replacement.

GaryMc93
A reserve team beat Bonnyton 5-0 last night although only details online are that Finn and his 14 y/o brother played. Would be good to hear if some of the 1st team that are needing minutes such as O'Connor and Moffat were involved.
