Well that was a thoroughly enjoyable trip to park head for once. Topped off by the fact that there was absolutely no traffic driving away due to ‘trophy day’.

Superb performance from the dons. Tactically spot on, pressed at the right times and defended so well. I thought we sat too deep in the last half hour and was convinced we’d concede but what do I know.

Midfield 3 were superb. I wish ball had found this form earlier has he’s been a real asset to the midfield. Kenny McLean though. Wow. Imperious again, summed up by his contribution to the goal. Brilliant player.

Anthony o Connor as well. Brilliant again today. Another who’s showing what he’s capable of as he heads through the exit door. Fair play though, solid today.

Celtic weren’t quite at it today, seemed a bit flat and their finishing was unusually poor.

Didn’t really see what happened at the end with shay. Quite enjoyed him winding up the home support to be honest. This threads a bit of a minter on both sides. We need to
Forget the whole racist angle on it. It was years ago, similarly Celtic fans getting upset at shays GIRFUY need to grow up too.

Great end to the season. Delighted for mcinnes given the stick he’s taken at times.

COYFR. Have a good summer all emoji16.png

I forgot about the traffic bonus today post match! However, I was surprised at quite a few Celtic fans leaving at the same time as us and missing their trophy day.

Delighted to win today for us to go second. From the short few minutes on Sportscene, looks easily our best performance v an Ugly Sister all season.

Like the way Graeme Shinnie bams up Scott Brown at the end as well. Knowing how far he could go without crossing the line.

Logan, meh. Like the whole passion towards our fans but if any appeal fails, losing him for the opening couple of games next season is really not worth it. Apologies for breaking ranks on this fellow Dandies, just fearing who may step up to be RB in those games. Ryan McLaughlin and Dom Ball have been bad enough over the last few seasons. Logan is a massive player for us.

Love how after a tough season, Considine is the man to see us split the Ugly Sisters again. Just reward for a lad that works his balls off every week.

Finally, I've been very critical of McInnes this season in big games. Tonight he deserves credit for winning down there. Fair f**k's Del.

I kind of agree about Shay being dumb and missing games.

On the other hand though, he hates Celtic, and i hate Celtic , so i can see where he's coming from.

If i was on a winning dons team at parkhead i would be gloating and goading the self righteous p***ks until i got dragged off by the coaching staff too.

it's not professional or clever but i liked it.

Shinnie and Considine also did a magnificent job of showing they care in a way thst we can relate to. Top striking from Consi, great movement and finish. Top niggling from Shinnie, eventually getting the better of The missing link.

The seethe for Logan is quite something. We all know why it exists. Pretty disgusting if you think about it.

Logan deserves a lengthy ban for his antics. I was at the game and he completely deserved the red he got. Thompson tried to get him to calm down a couple of times but he was having none of it. After the red rather than go over to his own fans and celebrate or just go down the tunnel he just kept being an attention seeking wee p***k. The police escorting him up the tunnel while he still tried to have a go at anyone in the Celtic stand was particularly embarrassing.

If he's sent off he has to go off, he wouldn't have been allowed to come over to us.

The refereeing from Craig Thomson at the end was truly disgraceful. He watches Celtic players have a go at Logan then launch the ball at him then sends him off.

Oh, the Celtic players can’t deal with losing a game, I’ll just send him off to keep them happy.

Good morning soccer fans. I think most of the angst and frustrations shown by the players and fans on here were just Aberdeen lamenting of what could have been, had they not been utter bottlin' shytebags all season against teams from Glasgow.

Good luck in Europe. [emoji16]

I honestly don’t know what is expected of Logan. He’s been abused constantly by Celtic fans for years for being racially abused. It’s all very well saying ‘he shouldn’t have risen to it,’ but I’d imagine very few of us on this forum have ever suffered racial abuse so in absolutely no position to criticise him. He’s only human and I imagine it’s a release of emotions felt ever since he’s been accused of lying by the so called ‘club like no other.’

Understandable that he would get wound up by it but surely he would be better rising above it rather than having a fairly blatant heads gone, lifting his hands to Lustig then beating his chest in defiance at Celtic fans who were largely not bothered about the result and laughing at him getting a red card? The only thing his reaction has served to do is to make sure he misses at least 1 game at the start of next season.

Thought Aberdeen were well deserving of their win. Defended well and took the chance when it came. Too many Celtic players looked like they couldn't care less. Armstrong looked dangerous when he came on, but other than that only Ntcham and Dembele looked like they were trying.

Thought Brown was a bit lucky at the end not to see a red also, or at least a second yellow. As above, you can see why he was pissed off but the reaction is stupid. Shinnie was lucky not to see red for the challenge on Brown but given Brown didn't pick up an injury, why even consider risking a ban for the cup final?
