that's a very poor looking midfield. Lewis is better up front and petravious has been anonymous. haven't seen anything from sammut or Paton to excite me. Irving the only midfielder I've liked the look of.

hopefully partick are as poor as their fans have been making out

I think he may have Lewis up front with mackin. Or at least I hope he does.

If you check the official squad photo you'll see Haber is looking at Hartley in a funny way. Sheps,  sorry, edibairn brought this to the Don's attention.

'Funny as in 'I want to kill you'? A baby-oil brandishing torrent of desire that's barely contained?

this. surely he won't play Mackin isolated like he did with haber last week it simply didn't work. Lewis with Mackin tight together gives us a chance. take the game to the opposition rather than play for a draw

It’s starting to really look like we have bought a whole new squad with no idea where to play them.

After a major rebuild it’s a disgrace to play that back 4.

I think today could be a low scoring draw.

If by low scoring draw you mean 1-0 to Partick, I agree.

If it's two up front, it'll be a bad formation. If hew playing one upfront with Lewis  wide and Paton sitting against Partick, then I'm very close to being done.

How quaint. Pillars in front of the pitch, knee knocker seats and a roof that appears to be held on with cable ties. Is it the 1930s?

That sounds like Cappielow. :whistle

Funny you should day that...

Is it a West Coast thing?

It may well be, come to think of it. Sorry, if you're uncomfortable. A visit to Falkirk's ground is good these days.

I’m not close to being done, far from it, but I am concerned by what I am seeing team selection wise.

Still a bit of patience. Looking forward to seeing Sammut today.

Haber will be a huge miss.
