Bairnardo
Spurs showing why, just like last seaosn when they were the hot take of choice for lazy pundits, they will be nowhere near the title. City and Liverpool wont have a result like that all season.

buchan30
Got to love steve bruce waiting on his players coming off and saying fucking well done to his players. Feel a bit sorry for bruce, fair enough not the greatest manager but the fans hating you from the start can’t be easy. Seems like an alright guy. Those same newcastle fans will be celebrating tonights result.

They were never going to like anyone who had to follow Rafa unless it was another big name which it was never going to be which goes back to the Ashley point.

Ironically if they were the best team when you were a kid you'd be an Everton 'fan' now wouldn't you Rab. You never answered my question, do you think if you'd have been a kid now you'd have grown up 'supporting' Man City?

DrewDon
I can understand why the Kane decision wasn't overturned - I thought it was a stonewall penalty on first viewing, but the way he shapes the direction of his run as Lascelles falls over provokes a bit of doubt. I don't think it constitutes a 'clear and obvious' error, anyway. I'm not sure there can be any doubt about Lerma on Silva, though - it is clearly a foul, and an obvious error not to give the penalty.

Would agree with that Kane definitely seemed to do a bit of engineering in it all. -
Brummie Clyde
Yeah, I thought it was a penalty on first viewing, but he definitely goes away from the ball and over Lascelles, to make it look worse than it was.

Derry Alli
What's your thoughts on reports Liverpool are 'mentally bullying' Bobby Duncan and keeping him at the club when all he wants to do is play top team football to progress his career?
