pozbaird
The crowd noise is OK if you have the volume down and both it, and the commentary are background noise. Anyway, working on the theory Doncaster will be watching this and will copy whatever the EPL does, he’s ordered a couple of CDs from Amazon, ready for pumping through the PA at selected Scottish fixtures.

lichtie23
The whole ball looked over there, very surprised that wasn’t given

lichtie23
So what’s the official reason that can’t be looked at by VAR?
meanmistermustard
It's a far better watch without that pish crowd noise.

senorsoupe
Both the goal line technology AND VAR had a 'mare there, including the ref's eyes how did all three miss that?
craigkillie
I'm still slightly confused by the pictures every time I watch it, because there are so many moving parts - his glove, the defender, the ball. I thought it was definitely in live, and it still looks like it was. I'm definitely suspicious that they haven't shown you the usual goal line technology digitisation that they usually show after these incidents.
Sergeant Wilson
It's definitely in. I thought the ref was indicting the Villa player was pushed in to the goalkeeper, who fell over the line, but didn't see how it restarted.
frankthetank22
Definite goal, why not stop for one minute for VAR?
HoBNob
That's an absolutely shocker and a shambles, even if the goal line doesn't give it, how on earth does the VAR not tell him to have a look?
meanmistermustard
The game needed some talking point as there has been nothing else to fill the half-time chat.

Yeah, I've been waiting for that, strangely absent.

Aye, just said this as well, they normally fire that up straight away.
