Two teams who have spent loads and who have hee haw to show for it - Chelsea starting Caballero and Batshuayi when Kepa and Giroud on the bench doesn't help but then I'm not convinced by Lampard at all - although I think Bruno Fernandes has done pretty well and has brought the best out of Fred.
