It's a Johnson v Hunt run off

@im_rodger. You're Tory through and through. What's your thoughts, do you get a vote???

I had a vote back when I was a member but I cancelled it like a year ago so no I do not get a vote this time round.

Also if Boris is leader I will be looking to other parties in Westminster elections.

Although I'd still vote for the Conservatives in the Scottish Parliament Election.

Why wouldn't you then back independence?

Because I believe my financial position would not improve through it.

Not that I need the money, just don't fancy losing a good chunk of it through increased taxes.

I do believe Scotland could be an independent country, just think the price to achieve independence is not worth it.

Based on?

Likely to increase taxes.

Very high chance Scotland would elect a left wing party post independence and I believe it would become evident that the first 5-10 years would require a higher influx of cash to get the whole thing up and running. There will be a lot of new departments needing created post independence.

After the transitional period Scotland will be fine, reason I don't want independence is because I don't fancy going through a transitional period at all.
