The OP Posted December 17, 2019 Share Posted December 17, 2019 (edited) Sheffield Wednesday, went to Uni with an absolute knob who constantly went on about how fantastic they were as they were hovering around the Championship and League 1. He was like a young Alan Partridge without the irony. He did get surprisingly annoyed by the absolutely pish patter of calling them 'The Thursday' which was good fun. Any of the big EPL sides will suffice to illustrate the point...maybe the likes of Barca as well.
