anotherchance
I reckon a lot of these rules, especially around household visiting, might be considered as "guidelines" when the time comes, rather than hard and fast rules worthy of a telling off in the presser.

You're not allowed to be outdoors in a beer garden after 10pm anyway. Because licencing laws for whatever reason.

Try coming to any local with working class punters and telling them to leave after they've been there 2 hours and have had 5 pints. No fucking chance 5 pints in 2 hours? Ffs up that the 2 hour limit should be seen as a challenge to get so steaming in two hours that your legs don't work 1 hour ago, Jan Vojáček said: I'm not sure anyone will pay much attention to that 8 from 3 rule. But that sounds otherwise promising. Agreed on the stadia numbers. Watch them start the Betfred Cup with a 200 fan limit at Tynecastle or something. No I think that after the last restriction things will just ebb into insignificance. Also not sure you would get 200 Jambos wanting to go to Tynecastle even if you were allowed.

They'll just naturally fizzle out and (hopefully) we'll find ourselves returning to pretty much normal almost without realising. There might be things like mask wearing in hospitals, especially over winter, or hand sanitiser stations everywhere. But I actually don't think those would be bad changes. Robbie Neilson's sexy football show not enticing the fans back. Sad times.

Todd_is_God
These were the level 0 measures last time round. Why on earth have the limits on indoor socialising tightened this time?!

DeeTillEhDeh
That was the most positive I've seen Sturgeon in a long time. The tiers bear no resemblance to the previous ones. There was even a bit of light at the end of the tunnel for the entertainment sector. The other announcement that will make a big difference is the restart grants - that will be very welcome for some businesses. Pretty realistic overall - the only ones that will be negative about it are the usual suspects.
