Are you daft?

Chips on the bottom, kebab meat, then the cheese.

This is what I had the other week - it was called a Mexican Chip. Very filling.

These days salt, vinegar and mayonnaise.
When I was growing up in Fife it would be "everything on it"

This is almost exactly what I do altho I do alternate between everything on it and just salt and vinegar to add mayo at home. Well played Angus of Fife.

Everything on it was salt, vinegar and vinegary brown sauce back then

Chip shop chips - salt and vinegar (added at home) + maggi extra hot chilli ketchup.

Oven chips/ wedges from a bag- salt, vinegar, barbecue and encona chilli.

Home made wedges- salt, vinegar mayo.

Fast food fries- whatever is to hand, it's only filling a hole.

Chippy chips get salt and vinegar. Maybe curry sauce too. Maybe brown sauce. It really does depend on my mood.

I'm really liking salt and pepper chips from the chinese at the moment.

Salt on McDonalds fries.

Don't really bother with chips at home.

As for the kebab and chips option, chilli sauce, garlic mayo, spicy ketchup, whatever is available.

KFC chips are an affront to humanity & should be added to the bottom of that list. Salt & Mayo for me.

Salt and Vinegar, or cheese and curry sauce. The union in Dundee used to sell chips, cheese and/or gravy/peppercorn sauce at the end of the night; magic so it was.

That sounds a bit like Poutine, a Canadian speciality that contains chips, cheese curds and gravy. I've never actually tried it but I'm keen to give it a go.

Must be a forum in Canada somewhere where a thread was started... ‘What are you poutine on your chips’.

Brick lane, London.  The Poutinery stall, Poutine with ribman ribmeat and holy f**k sauce, I've travelled to London just to get that, then back up the road again.

After asking for chips at McDonalds, the number two way to annoy them is to request the chips without salt.

Mea culpa, mea culpa,  mea maxima culpa
