Shadwell Dog
Lawell making an impassioned speech against an independent enquiry it would seem. Obviously frightened his patsy gets the boot. Also cant believe they're still using the same outdated voting mechanism that caused such a shambles the last time. RandomGuy.
FWIW St Johnstone have come out and backed reconstruction. They want it to be permanent, and not temporary like what was being proposed. Also add that they dont believe the current climate is the right time to be trying to rush it through, but will happily see it discussed again once the uncertainty is gone. They dont say it but you suspect they're referencing the clubs trying to gain something before next season, and the amount of personal vendettas around the clubs just now, when they talk about it not being the right time to be trying to get it done.

haufdaft
The clubs will find out the results of the vote today at 3.00 Hence, we should hear the results on Twitter around 2.45 Dundee find out at 2.15

Again they raise the issue of broadcasting contracts maybe causing a problem. Why the feck does noone actually ask sky if it's going to be a problem or not instead of this continual mibbaes aye mibbaes no pish. It cant be that hard for doncaster to pick up the phone to sky and find out surely.

Surely somebody has asked, they might not be able to divulge commercial arrangements to punters tho.

I'd like to think the clubs and doncaster would stop saying that there could be a problem with broadcasters if indeed there was and it would back up his arguement. No exact details need to come out to the public but the clubs should have been told. More likely he doesnt want to find out in case they say no and he loses that as an excuse. Nobody seems to no yeah or naw.

ETA It could be that the sponsors/tv companies will take the exact same position regardless of call it/null and void as both would see 80 % of games played and 20 % lost so no need to include it??? Beachbum
Is Stenhousemuir chairman Iain McMenemy not a member of the Grand Orange Lodge of Scotland? Wonder which way he'll be voting today.

We'll never understand the running of the spfl bud. Cant understand why anyone apart from those with reps on the bod would vote against this. It's a no lose situation. Chance to get rid of doncaster or shut up rangers for good. No lose situation surely. Edited May 12, 2020 by Shadwell Dog

Grangemouth Bairn
Reckon the votes going to be about 40% votes for and 60% against. Big wedge between clubs. Hopefully we can move on from this but it’s going to be tough.

Note partick are now looking again at legal action and who knows what hearts will do. This has got a long way to run yet.
