Ludo*1
Due to the suggestion from @RandomGuy. I've posted a list of club statements regarding the impending vote on Scottish football's future. Feel free to link other statements as they come out and I'll put them in this post. I'm putting it in the Championship forum as the top flight forum is quite dead and this league and below are 'key' battlegrounds it appears as to whether or not the vote will succeed. Pie Of The Month
Good to see Gerry Britton break up the monotony of the lockdown by doing his own hostage video. Edited April 8, 2020 by Pie Of The Month

RandomGuy.
3 of the 4 clubs against it are bottom of their respective leagues, yet still claim their decision is based on "fairness to all"..
Guest DAVIDB69
3 of the 4 clubs against it are bottom of their respective leagues, yet still claim their decision is based on "fairness to all"..Perfectly fair as no one wants relegated on an incomplete season

101
A lot of folk saying it's not fair but did the SPFL not ask their members what they wanted before going for this option? Surely by making it to the public domain stage of proceedings the SPFL are fairly sure they will get the 75% required

He says that but Dundee Untied, Queens, Alloa, Dunfermline, Ayr, Arbroath are likely to be for, ICT don't have two bob so despite being 2nd will probably vote for it. Meaning what Morton Dundee and Partick Thistle all want the league to re start? It only makes sense for Partick Thistle to be aggrieved and I could see Dundee abstaining but for every other club the chances of promotion were slim and just about every team in the division needs cash so will be desperate for the prize money and the potential of Hearts being relegated Edited April 8, 2020 by 101

I suggested over on the main Rangers thread that enhanced parachute payments for relegated clubs and a cash bonus for clubs missing out on play offs maybe be options.

Distribute current prize money differently so that the likes of Dundee get a cash boost? I can see, as I type it, that many clubs will have an issue of course....
itzdrk
Just sort it out so Partick get relegated and let the rest of the teams play on at a later date.

Rammy was probably caused by Lachlan Cameron asking Gerry Britton to pass on a message to Ian McCall of someting along the lines of "get it up ye ya judas b*****d" Edited April 8, 2020 by rb123!
rb123!
Does appear to be genuine split in the championship, surprising, must be down to money payments (possibly TV money and play offs). Would have thought only two greeting would be Dundee to try and stop Dundee United winning the league and Partick for being sent down. Perhaps clubs know about this possible reconstruction plan for next season and it turns out it's going to shaft half the chamionship teams which is causing the issues.
