Savage Henry
Incredible that somebody could be so fucked up they could think this, and then actually tweet it.[emoji33]As stated, it’s Phil McMadeUpName. Absolutely every single line of it can be safely dismissed out of hand.I’m still intrigued as to what Dundee’s game is here, though. Occam’s Razor would suggest they’re just incompetent and sent their email too early.

They agreed to the deal in the first place because they want to broadcast Scottish football, why would they suddenly just change their mind and decide not to? Then it's a simple question to ask then, can the contract with SKY change in terms of payments for any difference to that agreed in the 5 year deal Edited April 14, 2020 by LordHawHaw

craigkillie
Then it's a simple question to ask then, can the contract with SKY change in terms of payments for any difference to that agreed in the 5 year dealIf the structure of the league changes or they can't show as many games then maybe. They are obviously not going to cancel the deal because the league starts in September or October.

They would never cancel imo, although again imo, something like that is more than likely is in the contract . We have no idea what the setup will look like if the current proposal is rejected, SKY need to know what they are buying.
Alan Stubbs
You don’t have to rely on ITK takes from Sellick Da Twitter to realise that the games are not going to be played*. The people clambering for the league to be called or voided (all to the benefit of their team surprisingly) are at least suggesting something that could actually happen. edit: *Unless next season was pushed back at a level much higher than Scottish football. Until there is any indication of that being possible, deciding how to call this season is the decision. Clambering means climbing/scrambling over something.

Bohemian
I think you will find they have a grievance with nearly every club in Scotland for some reason or another.. Edited April 14, 2020 by Bohemian
