Might give both teams a bit of wiggle-room, as in 'How can the SFA be viewed as impartial facilitators of artibitration...' or 'inadequate preparation time for arbitration process due to additional preparations for disciplinary hearings...' Might have Ann Budge 'on the phone' (copyright T. English) to Lord Clark c/o Court of Session. Happy to be proven wrong by literally anyone... SFA don't really have anything to do with arbitration it as per their rules but they aren't involved per se. I would have thought, Heart's and Thistle's legal team would have been dealing with the preparation.
Ric
You know what the fun thing about all this is? The SFA wouldn't have done this without getting some pretty rock solid legal advice which means while successful businesswoman Ann Budge might be spitting feathers, it's likely to be a watertight decision.

It would be hilarious if they fined them £1 million stating that as arbitration isn’t yet complete they are a premiership club. Then relegated them through arbitration.

And yes, technically it did go to the last 7 minutes for Aberdeen. If they'd scored twice they'd have won the league. Don't be silly. As if that would happen. What sort of a club, poised on the brink of winning a title, would concede twice in the last seven minutes?

Starting the season on -25 pts when the season is already 9 games down would mean Hearts would only be able to achieve 56 pts if they won all their games. But but but the -25 points was a fantasy of a Dundee fan...does that count ? -

Every fucking season. What would that do to Scottish football given the SPL/SFA were talking about armageddon for clubs with no Rangers in the top league. Nothing. no punishment. No threats for bringing the game into disrepute. f**k off. Imagine Hearts threatening to destroy (according to the SFA) the Scottish game like that, and actively working behind the scenes to make it happen, year after year. The one fucking time we stand up for ourselves in a situation even SPFL board members call unfair. f**k off! RandomGuy.
Glad to see Hearts fans have moved on to getting the start of the season delayed now. Clearly their previous threats of reconstruction definitely happening, then them going to court, then them bankrupting everyone by winning the court case, were all just bluffs. Delaying the season has been their ace card all along.

King_Of_Kings
If Heart's and Partick Thistle's memberships were removed as a punishment can they apply to join another league set up like Northern Ireland or Wales? I've got a Jambo mate that claims he'd love Hearts to join the Northern Irish league as "it's an easy route in to the Champions League". I'm pretty sure if it were that easy to move leagues other clubs in crap leagues would have done it before.
