Stagecoach have sponsored Saints for a spell in the mid-00s. They used it to promote Citylink in Scotland, and then after they launched Megabus.
RandomGuy.
Didnt realise we were meant to name best sponsor too. It would be without any doubt The Famous Grouse.

What a day that was. 18 year old and probably the drunkest I've ever been.

djchapsticks
I actually liked this sponsor. Probably because at the time Ajax were doing it with ABN AMRO on their shirt and it looked cool as f**k.

We've had 16 sponsors on the front of our shirt. The following companies have either went bust or aren't exactly thriving: Novafone Cellular, Kelly's Copiers, Auto Windscreens (Re-opened in 2011 as a new company), The Firkin Brewery, Scottish Hydro (Merged to become SSE), jsearch, Signatures4U, Bukta & Hangar Records all seem to have disappeared in their original form. Companies still going: Ceramic Tile Warehouse, Magners, Viga (Somehow!), Kilmac (They take a big role with the club), McEwan Fraser & Switch. The last 3 of which are from the 5 years. History doesn't favour them. Kelly's is still going.

scottmcleanscontacts
Had no idea Simon Donnelly played for St Johnstone. Is that a young Darren Dods he's tussling with? Looks like Stuart McCaffrey, future First Division winner with Saints.
TheScarf
Yeah it's McCaffrey. We signed Dods that summer.

Bad Wolf
I'm currently wearing my 2001-02 (I think) Killie shirt sponsored by Seriously Strong, which has a pretty rubbish, but not completely revolting, logo. Unlike the product itself.
stumigoo
This big felt-like sponsor was basically ruined after a single wash, it was horrible -

Exact same problem - I remember being near in tears as the colour come out and parts of felt fell off pretty sharpish. I thought my old man bought it at the Kinross market!

Cptn Hooch
Possibly best OR worst depending which side of the fence you fall on as it has divided Livi fans but I love the #spaghettihad on the back of the shirts from Tony Macaroni
Andy_K_97
As much as the Seriously Strong Cheddar was an excellent sponsor, it's got to AT Mays for me in terms of best kit sponsor. They just looked the part on every tap they sponsored. In terms of worst sponsor probably Smallworld. Tourhill Joinery is very small-time as far as sponsorship goes though. There is nothing worse when folk get ridiculed and then try to take the patter on as self deprecating to prove just how much it doesn't bother them.
