If there's a clear cut best (least worst) outcome, which allows clubs to move on and plan for the future, why on Earth wouldn't you push for it? No. Standard practice for any half-decent outfit is for the board to told there are options A, B or C. The advantages and disadvantages are blah blah blah. Conclusion is we should do X.
