To be fair, most wouldn't want to go up to the Lowland due to the quality up there, especially in the 16/17 - 17/18 - 18/19 seasons but its getting better as those clubs in that divisions know the quality that is coming up and now realis their standard has to rise. if Talbot don't want to go up there will be teams who do want to go up and I'm sure will be backed up to the tilt when ready to fight their way to the top.
