There can't be any alternative but to award us the victory, right?

If one team is solely responsible for a match not taking part, and they can not arrange a neutral venue then a 3-0 victory is awarded against them.

if neither team is responsible, then the result is randomly drawn (1-0/0-0/0-1)

Id be surprised. The Czechs won’t be the only team with this issue during the pandemic. No idea what happens now.

Scotland have had to deal with the exact same situation and have no players with COVID. If every other team is managing it, they should be expected to manage it too.

The quote from the Czech FA on whether the result will be in Scotlands favor - "we will try not to"

The Czech team is much like Scotland. They are in a transition but have some fantastic players, just not enough in all positions. They have 2 goalkeepers that are probably in the top 20 in Europe, Soucek and Kral's work rate, like McGinns are on different levels. The two fullbacks have been standouts in Slavias European matches. They are weak at the center of defense and 1-2 injuries would give Scotland a decent chance. Without injuries, Scotland would have had a very difficult evening.
