It is seeds in the 2nd round that are also seeds in the 3rd round draw. Because the draws will be done together you take their seeding if you win.

yeah, but the highest co-efficient of the teams involved has to be within the top 26. Otherwise they would be considered as unseeded. There are 13 teams entering this stage along side 3 champions league drop outs and the 36 winners of the 2nd Round. We would have to get a team at least 7.220 and hope that the draw is kind to us.

Yeah. A win for them will have use seeded for the 2nd Round. Not the 3rd but it was extremely unlikely that would happen and we would get a much more difficult oppoment.

Go to Bert's site and you will see Hadjuk Split are not going to be seeded for the 3rd round.

You want to be seeded for QR2 because you're just as likely to get pumped by Tottenham (especially if there's regional groups for the draw). TNS won't be seeded in QR3, you'd need to beat someone like Reims or above to take their seeding for QR3.
