It is, 100% If all the teams above us in the A group (if we ever got there) had qualified normally, we'd be left with the dregs in the playoffs. The rules for the next natins league haven't been announced but in the previous one playoff spots went to group winners. If group winners were already in the Euros then the spot went to next best ranked team.
