Basically means Sunak looked around all his MPs and said ' you are all so shit I can't replace the worst person in humanity* with any of you mouth breathers'. *I include Netanyahu in that Fully expect Dorries to be campaigning for a job for BJ. O'Kelly Isley III
Cameron's overweening vanity is obviously blinding him to the harsh realities to come. And what a tinpot country when a superannuated political failure is fast-tracked from nowhere into the unelected HoL to assume one of the great offices of state. Expect Blair to reappear centre-stage following the coming GE.

KirkieRR
I'm not sure if Calamity Cameron will be too popular with Brexiteer skinheads. He was a Remainer who unleashed the Referendum because he didn't think Leave could win. As such he was the worst PM ever, until Bungling Bonzo and Truss.

Utterly deranged politics - to give her credit, you have to assume she knows that the Tories would get booted and then she could ascend into 'power' as leader of the opposition. Still pretty deranged but not as much as if she thought that calling an election to end a crisis that has begun and continued during her own government's reign. If only the party that has been in power for 13 years could maybe do something about it! There's been quite a lot of this from the Tories over the past couple of years, that they are the party of law and order, Labour will do nothing about people crossing the channel in dinghies and whatever other policy they can think of that Labour will screw up and the Tories are the ones to resolve. It has been wholly weird watching them trash their own record, seemingly oblivious that they are in a position to actually do something about it. They have spent their last years in government acting like they are in opposition, despite continuing to have a healthy majority even despite a number of by-election defeats. What a shower.

Shuggie_Murray7
Having a Foreign Secretary, amidst everything going in in the Middle East and Ukraine, who cannot be quizzed in the Commons absolutely stinks.
Sherrif John Bunnell
The Tories are in such a state, they can't even risk the charade of vacating a safe seat to get Cameron into the Commons.

The elected HoC will not be able to question a minister who holds one of the four highest posts in government. I’d say Sunak will pay a price for this but he’s fucked already anyway.
