Sherrif John Bunnell
Lol. Angeball falls apart yet again when up against a semi-competent opponent.
Bairnardo
An absolutely textbook example of getting punished for not being clinical. The way Nkunku stayed onside then dipped in front of the defender to get past him was beautiful, and a perfect touch and finish. Red Bull look like they will outscore Celtic no matter how many (if any) Celtic get. Also, that graphic for the VAR offside was good. More of that rather than shitey lines

Iv always said offside could and should be automated. Glad to see UEFA catching up.

More of that rather than shitey lines Not being clinical has been a problem for us for some time, can’t keep squandering chances, we get away with it domestically but at this level you get punished and again we have been by a team who are clinical

Jacky1990
@Jinky67 Why doesnt Giakoumakis get more game time? I like what Ive seen of him and he seems your most natural striker/finisher. Surely Kyogo could play out wide or a bit deeper or something to accomodate both? Edited October 5, 2022 by Jacky1990

Celtics counters aren't anywhere near slick enough. There's too many touches, too much running with the ball. They are getting end to end and through Celtic lines in 2 or 3 passes.

It’s a good question tbf as Kyogo isn’t a natural striker. He was a winger in Japan and I’d consider moving him wide and getting Maeda off. Big GG gets a goal in this game

You’re spot on even against Madrid we were much more direct than this but I guess the fear is they are countering us really easily and every time they do we are wide open. Still in the game however but I’d look to make a couple of changes
