superwell87
In The Life of Brian, no one had heard the Incontinentia Buttocks joke before they shot the scene so all of the laughter was genuine. The big outburst of laughter was the cameraman who just lost it.
Nkomo-A-Gogo
119 billion humans have ever been alive. Of course it's an estimate and not factual so shouldn't even be in this thread.
scottsdad
Susan Oliver was the fourth woman to fly solo across the Atlantic, and the second to do so from New York. As co-pilot she won a trans-continental flying race called the Powder Puff Derby. Anyway, here she is in her other career.

Hedgecutter
In case anybody wondered why the native Africans lost the Maji Maji Rebellion rather badly: Quote The insurgents turned to magic to drive out the German colonizers and used it as a unifying force in the rebellion. A spirit medium named Kinjikitile Ngwale claimed to be possessed by a snake spirit called Hongo. He gave his followers war medicine that he said would turn German bullets into water. This "war medicine" was in fact water (maji in Kiswahili) mixed with castor oil and millet seeds. Empowered with this new liquid, his followers began what would become known as the Maji Maji Rebellion... scottsdad
I'm treating you all. Two Star trek ones in two days... When casting the role of Commander Sisko in Deep Space 9, the character was initially meant to be a much younger guy. One actor who auditioned for the part, but didn't get it, was Peter Capaldi. Stills from his audition made it online. Anthony Head and Keith Allen also auditioned for it.

As is Liam Lynch, who had a top 10 in 2003 with United States Of Whatever. I thought he was just a comedian but Wikipedia just told me he actually directed Tribute, as well as the Pick Of Destiny movie. He also worked on School Of Rock and has done music videos for Eagles Of Death Metal and Royal Blood as well as The D. On 27/06/2024 at 23:05, johnnydun said: So is Dave Grohl, as the devil. Possible payback for their roles in the Learn To Fly video (not sure which came first). Jack Black is also in the Foo's video for Low, getting drunk and cross-dressing with Dave in a motel room which they then wreck.
