It's a stupid and needless tackle from Robertson so in that sense I don't really have any sympathy for him. However I fail to see the criteria by which his yellow is an 'obvious error' but Kane's yellow is not. Kane's is more of a red than Robertson. If they had let both go you could say fair enough that maybe the decisions weren't wrong enough to overturn, but to change one and not the other is ridiculous.

Part of the application process to be a VAR ref must be failing an IQ test. VAR should be good for the game but seems to be almost exclusively run by dribbling morons.

Zhaka going unpunished yesterday.
Newcastle's non penalty.
Kane getting away with a yellow.
If Kane was only worthy of a yellow, then so was Robertson's challenge.

They aren't defending Robertson. They are only pointing out the sheer inconsistency of the red card for hom and a yellow for Kane. Maybe think before you make a tit of yourself.

There’s not a problem with VAR, there is a huge problem with how VAR is used.  Spurs should have been playing with 10 men for 76 minutes.

Aye. you see all these clear errors with VAR in England and it makes you think which clubs in Scotland are most likely to benefit from it. They already have 1 chance to give the OF everything. We don't need to give them a second chance.
