Ayr vs Arbroath

Recommended Posts

Having just about got over the disappointment of Monday night I'm actually getting very excited for my return to Somerset. Hopefully a bit more football played and a comfortable win with a noisy crowd.

Ayr 0-3 Arbroath

I'd maybe swap Baird for McGinty (it's debatable tbf) but other than that, that's the team I am hoping to see.

I actually originally put McGinty in defence and Muirhead in midfield but instead put Fjortoft in defence instead of McGinty and Salkeld in midfield instead of Muirhead and put Muirhead in defence.

O'Connor definitely must start though. I'll be very disappointed if we don't start him, and don't play two up front.

I think he may keep O’Conner for the last  30 mins when the game is less structured and Arbroath may be more tired . Other than that I’d agree pretty much with your team .

Keeping our only creative attacking midfield player on the bench would be pretty mental!
