Don’t get me wrong, the idea of playing the game tomorrow and making fans take time off work with 3 days notice was a disgrace enough in the first place. But to then call off the game again, after fans may have then taken that day off to find out they didn’t need it - a joke of an organisation.Celtic were without 13 players. That Celtic side that played was actually still a very strong team, and St Mirren still had more than the required number of players needed in a matchday squad. You need 13 players, 10 need to be over 18. Hibs obviously don't have that so the games been postponed. I read somewhere earlier that sportsound last night were saying you need 10 over 18s in the squad so we can’t have that available. The irony is is that if we’d been able to just shut down the training ground until Wednesday instead of trying to cobble a team together for tomorrow night we’d probably have been fine for the Livi game. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It’s double standards really Hibs knew at the weekend that it was highly unlikely that we would be able to field a team, told the SPFL this on multiple occasions - and asked them not to schedule for Wednesday. The SPFL made the decision DESPITE what Hibs told them, and have now had to backtrack.
