Know they were doing a lot of filming in Scotland in the summer and up at Tannadice as well, so it should be good.

His documentary on the Boca/River Plate Copa Libertadores Final 2018 is still one of the best documentaries I've ever seen. Monkey Tennis
God, I hope it's better than the trailer suggests. Self-referential nonsense of saying how unique we are, before behaving in the same way as fans everywhere. With a bit of luck, the film itself achieves some depth.

The other docs he has produced have looked more at the social stories and backgrounds of the people he meets along the way.
Pie Of The Month
Sky also put out a documentary last night called Scotland: Whatever it takes about the qualification campaign with interviews with Clarke, McLeish, Sir Alex Ferguson and a load of the players from the squad. It's available on catch up.

That certainly sounds like it has potential.

senorsoupe
I watched this and I thought it was well done. As others have mentioned, Eli Mengem does quality work and this was no exception. He really talks to people about how football is ingrained into the social fabric of Scotland.

the snudge
I'm the campest straight man I know when seeing myself on that documentary. He's a great guy and really interested in the bones of Scottish fitba. He'll come back and make another, no doubt.

The boy said 115 years (which is almost correct) - they made the mistake in the subtitles of saying 150.
mizfit
Aye I enjoyed it. Was definitely made for the outsider looking in market. Someone needs to give him a chilled bottle of buckfast though.
