I miss the terracing tbf. No we were definitely in the stand.
the west curve
Fans should be allowed in on Fri if Celtic are getting fans in on Monday. It makes no sense banning fans now.

We'd probably make more money from ticket sales than from the pittance they pay for covering the Scottish Championship.
Andy_K_97
Good statement from Thistle, good to see both clubs are trying to do something to get fans in even if it's a long shot.
craigkillie
If Partick Thistle wanted to play in front of more than 500 fans, they should have simply not voted to play on through the restrictions.

They know full well that nothing will happen.

What difference would that have made to the reality? Be VERY specific. It is mad that you can get a drink in the Aitken Suite and watch the game on the TV around the corner but not able to watch from the open air of the stands.

It would have meant we would have a break like the top flight (as Killie wanted) instead of playing in front of 500 fans. Thistle and several other clubs voted to continue playing.

Pie Of The Month
Jacqui Low loves to play the victim so the latest statement is no surprise.

jagfox
Voting aside, it is bonkers you can sit in the Aitken Suite and watch the game inside with a pint but can't watch it from the stands in the open air just around the corner.

If the league is split in half in terms of voting then surely they wouldn’t have changed anything and teams would have been playing on regardless?
Fuctifano
I also think most folk would have expected the restrictions to last longer than the original 3 weeks given the previous actions of the SG so it seemed sensible enough to get on with it.
