Was class at bringing the ball out from the back and felt we got the best out of him with an aggressive centre half beside him (O’ Connor). Poor striker converted to defender for a couple of seasons, quite steady, was arguably the best defender in that time but that probably reflects more on the other defenders we had at the time.
