Answer my own question looks like he is back training, be a boost if fit to play on Saturday, Jack has gained experience but it will be good to have our No1 back in goals for this very important game that could be a league season defining day.

Manager says he is couple weeks away from fitness.

Like he’s big, quite quick and had a nice eye for a pass which might translate to the top flight but even as someone who has been more supportive of Dykes, I’d drive him to Tynecastle personally if we were offered  money for him.

Dykes to hearts? I see Dykes as a championship player who puts in a shift, has decent but basic link up play and can rattle opposition fans and players alike. However his goals return hasn't been great, for a tall player he doesn't win his lion share of headers and doesn't excel at a certain speciality such as target man, long throw, dead ball specialist and others. If he goes I wont be upset but would wish him luck. If he stays I would hope he can continue his gradual improvement and truly win over our fans.

That extended contract for Dykes looking like a sensible move by the club now...

He’s actually played quite well the last two games but before that he had done next to nothing to merit Hearts or Aston Villa looking at him.

Maybe it’s fake news started by his ‘agent’

People can say what they like (obviously) but bigger clubs have been watching Dykes for a while. Including bigger clubs than Hearts.

Dykes is better than Todorov who already plays for Hearts.

He’s also far better than Graeme Weir and Jamie Mole who both used to play for Hearts.

Using that logic makes it seem slightly more plausible.

He maybe is but how much have we seen Todorov play? About the equivalent of one or two games? I do agree but only on what I've seen which maybe isn't a fair comparison.
I'd like to see how Todorov would be if we had him for a season with regular game time.

Are you able to elaborate on who these bigger clubs are?

On BBC sport Scotland gossip part of the app, the link about the dykes news story is provided by the Scotsmen incase anyone doesn't quite believe the record.
