Skyline Drifter
Stephen Grindlay Yep, No 3. Just six four to get already. Edited January 14, 2014 by Skyline Drifter
Skyline Drifter
Of those still to get. Nos. 10, 13 and 27 were all suggested at some point as possible McCall signings. None of the three played much but they aren't all that difficult. Nobody's going to get No 32. I'd put money on it. And the 51-ish one?
booitsme7
Was there a midfield player called (Robert) Campbell.
Monkey Tennis
Is the comparison suddenly now not as 'appetising' to mention now that McIntyres team is marching past McPherson's in points or am I imagining things ? Will have to look it up as the weekly scrutiny could be discontinued I feel untill we hit a run of defeats again. Well, quite clearly, for those of us who are critical of McIntyre the comparison was of more use when it was closer. Now however, we're thankfully performing markedly better than Gus' much poorer side were, the comparison is less illustrative than was the case. It doesn't really represent any great triumph for McIntyre or his apologists though.
Skyline Drifter
Was there a midfield player called (Robert) Campbell. No 13, although he was a forward nominally I think, not a midfielder. Signed in January 2008 as a free agent having been released by Kilmarnock but as he was cup tied and the cup became the focus of the season we rarely saw him on the pitch and he left at the end of the season.

Skyline Drifter
Steven Kinniburgh David Nixon No 27 and No 10. Well done. Was Jamie Longworth not signed by Chisolm at one point? No. He trained with us for while, played in a few bounce games and there was some suggestion from people who knew him that he'd been verbally promised a contract for the next season, but he never signed anything and Chisholm decided he wasn't good enough.
Guest Flash
And we might even overtake Alloa soon. Woo-hoo. This time last season, we were 17 points ahead of them. But we're in a harder league now. And they're not.
Skyline Drifter
As we're about done then here's the full list 1. Neil Macfarlane (Gretna) 2. Jamie Adams (Loan from Kilmarnock) 3. Stephen Grindlay (Dumbarton) 4. Jamie MacDonald (Loan from Hearts) 5. David Bingham (Loan from Gretna) 6. Neil McGowan (Airdrie Untied) 7. Bob Harris (Clyde) 8. Brian Gilmour (Clyde) 9. Jamie Mole (Loan from Hearts) 10. David Nixon (Loan from Motherwell) 11. Ryan McCann (Bohemians) 12. John Stewart (Loan from Falkirk) 13. Robert Campbell (Kilmarnock) 14. Craig Reid (Celtic) 15. Gerry McLaughlan (Stranraer) 16. Stewart Kean (St Mirren) 17. Craig Barr (Gretna) 18. Jamie Adams (Loan from Kilmarnock) 19. Bryn Halliwell (Hamilton Academical) 20. Michael McGowan (Clyde) 21. Gary Arbuckle (Clyde) 22. Cammy Bell (Loan from Kilmarnock) 23. David Weatherston (St Johnstone) 24. Tom Parratt (Hamilton Academical) 25. Craig Sives (Loan from Hearts) 26. Stephen Simmons (Dunfermline Athletic) 27. Steven Kinniburgh (Loan from Rangers) 28. Lee Robinson (Loan from Rangers) 29. Barry Wilson (Inverness Caledonian Thistle) 30. Martyn Lancaster (Atlanta Silverbacks) 31. Ryan McCann (Morecambe) 32. 33. Derek Holmes (St Johnstone) 34. Ludovic Roy (Dundee) 35. Rocco Quinn (Hamilton Academical) 36. Willie McLaren (Clyde) 37. David Lilley (Kilmarnock) 38. Marc McAusland (St Mirren) 39. David Hutton (Clyde) 40. Stephen McKenna (Airdrie United) 41. Dennis Wyness (Loan from St Mirren) 42. Mark McGeown (Amateur out of retirement) 43. Jordan McMillan (Loan from Rangers) 44. Marvin Andrews (Loan from Hamilton Academical) 45. Anthony McParland (Livingston) 46. Leon Knight (Hamilton Academical) 47. Scott Fox (Amateur unemployed) 48. Marvin Andrews (Hamilton Academical) 49. Joe Hamill (Loan from Livingston) 50. Jamie Adams (Loan from Kilmarnock) 51. No 51 was a pre-contract agreed in Chisholm's time but the player in question did not actually become a Queens player until Kenny Brannigan was in charge. It's a grey area which one "signed" him. Brannigan had no say in it but legally the signing was during his time in charge. No 32 I'd be absolutely astonished if anyone gets. He was an amateur who was registered due to a rules technicality and never played for the first team. I'm pretty sure we never published the signing and he was here a couple of months at most before departing. Anyone think they know or will I just fill it in?

Sloop John B
would the pre contract be Colin McMenamin
die hard doonhamer
would the pre contract be Colin McMenamin No, he wasn't a pca. We got him outwith the window when dundee went in to admin. Edited January 14, 2014 by die hard doonhamer
Skyline Drifter
French? Sort of. You're on the right lines. I think he played a couple of Reserve games so some may remember him if not the name. EDITED to add - The player in question was born in France and considered himself French at the time I think, though he is now playing international football for another country! would the pre contract be Colin McMenamin No.McMenamin only joined us once Dundee had gone into admin and he'd been made redundant. He wasn't agreed in advance. The player in question is still playing for us. Edited January 14, 2014 by Skyline Drifter

Skyline Drifter
Dan Carmichael Is No 51, yes. Would 32 be Kieran O'Hear 51 Danny Carmichael Danny is right but you were beaten to it. 32 wasn't O'Hear no. O'Hear did actually get on the pitch for us but he wasn't a Chisholm signing. As per edited reply to FC1919, No 32 was French at the time.
