Someone at West Calder seething that they need to play on a Sunday

Initial fixture list had it down as Saturday 8th, but Heriot-Watt were also at home that day so something had to change. Though you'd think unless it's a rearranged game it should be easy enough to avoid Sundays for ground sharing teams at the start of the season.

Is there no 2 pitches side by side. And then the indoor one.

Just noticed that Livingston were undefeated in their first 13 games. In the last 12 they have 1 win to 11 defeats with last 9 showing a loss.

Another club Goodwillie has royally fecked.

Before him Mr. McInnes had them pushing for promotion. Extra; only side to defeat Athletic in league. What a fall it's been.

Last night's games saw Bathgate snatch a late winner against West Calder(2-1) a win for Edinburgh College (4-2) stretched their lead in third over West Calder however Cauther have 2 games in hand.

Will be some achievement for the College if they finish 3rd and possibly even get promotion. Come along way since last season. Haven't seen any Div 3 games this season but rom outdide doesn't look good for the remnants of the West Lothian cartel. Why are some of these once vibrant clubs apparently stuck in a maelstrom?

They still haven't had time to find their place in the structure, with just the one opportunity so far for promotion, and no teams yet relegated into it to serve as a yardstick to see where they really are.

Yeah fair points; it's just when you look at the names Bathgate, Pumphy, Fauldhouse and what they have been in the past plus West Calder and Stoneyburn pre-move were getting stronger, just a bit surprised that the College are above them in the league.

To be fair if they struggle next season against the teams coming down that will be concerning.

As enjoyable a game as a 13-0 victory can be!

The gulf between the teams was obvious - pace, first touch, off the ball, finishing - too vast to be closed.

Felt for the Fulshie keeper, he looked pretty dejected, but he put in a number of really good saves, especially first half. 4 goals in the first 10 minutes of 2nd half totally knocked the stuffing out of Stoneyburn... but fair play to them to try and keep going. Once Bo'ness took their foot of gas, Stoneyburn knocked it about a bit and managed a couple of shots... but Bo'ness still mostly had the quality to keep them out.

Injury time and Bo'ness went for it again and grabbed another couple... number 12 was best of the day, a chip over the keeper from edge of box.

Congratulations to Bo'ness Athletic. Very much deserved champions. I'm sure they are looking forward to a bit more of a challenge in the next couple of years.

Athletic are miles ahead and will probably end up best team in boness in the future

This was what I was wondering, are this Bo’ness going to be better than United or will they find their level in 2/3 seasons time?

It was a surprise they didn't finish ahead of Whitburn or Syngenta last season but fair play to them. Definitely a team going places

Hopefully Armadale can follow them as their improvements off the park over the last year or so have been nothing short of spectacular and have managed to keep a very loyal and supportive (most of the time!) crowd which the others around them seems to have lost recently

They did lose the league because all of their players were all off the park celebrating the winner when Syngenta equalised. I’m not sure you can say they weren’t good enough 😂

That was hilarious though.
