Well in terms of how the ball was played by Tavernier you couldn't have asked for better. It was a well-placed FK.

Menga Bus
Seeing a replay of Obileye’s disallowed equaliser is genuinely embarrassing refereeing. Absolutely shambolic refereeing for the season opener, is don Robertson really supposed to be our best referee now? What a game for Nouble to get his first goal for us, reminiscent of Dykes against Celtic, they couldn't cope with him, 3 yellow cards dished out with fouls against him in the first half. Decent performance from Shamal too, made some good saves. Just a pity we couldn't get a second goal to give us a better cushion to hang onto, thought there was a good pen claim for a handball, and Omeonga blasting it over when Joel got in behind them. Ah well, onto the next game away to Utd.

Ah well, onto the next game away to Utd. Great game from Nouble. I'd not realised how delicate a touch he could have. Plus Shamal - positioning for the 2nd goal aside - had a good game.
ATLIS
A lot of positives to take from that, Nouble doing a Dykes style performance in that game. Shamal looked cracking as well.

Was apparently something that Goldson picked up on during the game. Barisic tried the same thing with his free kick earlier. They knew his positioning was off.

Orbix
The same poor feet and lack of jump nearly cost him the Barisic chance that hit the bar. just seen Souttar’s brother passed away during the week, so whatever criticism of his play I’ve had is worth f**k all. God knows why he’s playing.

Looked like he tipped the barasic cross onto the bar then followed it up with a fantastic point blank stop

LIVIFOREVER
At 6ft 6 he doesn't have to jump much right enough. Yeah that was a good double save from Shamal. Not bad for his first game, Davie said it's a learning curve for him, he'll get better as the season goes on, but looks good. His free kick set us on our way to Nouble's goal too. Gets plenty height on kicks from pass backs when being closed down too, which was good to see, none of the low dodgy clearances Stryjek does. DMCs
Very weak from Souttar at the Livingston goal. Helps me understand more why the timeline was fuming at his performance.

Guest
Arfield is from Livingston, as is Martindale, so they know each other. He can f**k off with "Tav", though.
Cptn Hooch
Seems our second should have stood...watched it over and over and still don't see a foul....suppose the powers that be need to get the OF help in before VAR goes live. Telling when even Kenny Miller and Michael Stewart agree

Telling when even Kenny Miller and Michael Stewart agree Nouble hugs Tav and shifts him towards the byline, and Kelly has two hands out on Goldson in the air from where the ref is. Unlike sportscene, I think the Tav one is what it’s giving for. Interesting to see a lot more of Goldson carrying the ball into the box and then pushing on to receive the ball, gives a different threat to tight defences and will help pull people about.
