I'm with EDF. Keep forgetting about their online chat option, just had a blether with one of their advisors. They have said they operate by crediting £66 to bank account 👍

If you are on a quarterly (or monthly) bill then the £66 is deducted on the bill.

I'm on DD and it was added as a credit to my energy account.
