At home to a team fighting off bottom place and 1 shot in the first 89 minutes and that was the Arbroath guy shooting into his own net! The 3 headers in the last minute. Previous to that, the young keeper made a fantastic save to keep us from yet another home defeat. The keeper gets pass marks, the rest were utterly SHITE. Murray needs to be identifying NOW who we can sign that can actually play up front, and not play up front like it is their first time ever playing up front. We need to ditch Gullan, Frederickson, Connell, McBride. Free up wages for a STRIKER. The following, I wont lose any sleep over going.....Ross, Easton. Ross is miles off the player he was. Easton has had a good 90 minutes one time. We also need to be getting the young lad O'Riordan signed up till the end of the season. Still, could be worse. Add Arnott, Masson and Young…with only Arnott signed next year and the other two out of contract (both MA) in June. That’s six young players, five out of contract in six months, and WE aren’t seeing much playing time from any of them. Costs money to terminate contracts, and where’s the striker everyone wants that we get money to sign? However, a “clean out” isn’t really even possible…currently signed for next season; McNeil, Millen, Arnott, Brown, Easton, Matthews, Ross, Stanton, Gullan, Vaughan.
