Come on we've all been in the game too long long now to know there's always at least one good death before the bells. Plenty of time yet.

The old Nazi pope last year being a prime example.

Not for the first time, I shot my bolt too early and haven't yet been able to recover.

Got in the car and the radio talk station was nattering on about Curb Your Enthusiasm, how great it was and such, had me excited to check which star had died….turned out they just announced the show was ending…damn.

Sad one here, he won;t make any British obits I shouldn't think. I lived in Carolina and went to a charity concert where local musicians got together and played The Specials first album in its entirety. He was the MC then was in the crowd, hard to miss a 7 foot guy dancing!

Re Matthew Perry dying from Ketamine....I saw somewhere else it was listed as an accident. It's also stated that Ketamine was a known treatment for Depression but Perry had coronary disease also. So I'd maybe be debating the extra points if it affected the final ranking. But if it doesn't then sod it, I'm sure he knew what risks he was taking and was almost inevitable. Reminds me of some current pop stars

You’re having delusions of grandeur. This is a (benevolent) dictatorship, and you’ll take the points that @Miguel Sanchez approves and be happy! The appeals process is on the Russian model, which ear.

If you take ketamine and have a heart attack and drown all at the same time it counts as Unnatural Causes.

TCM do a great video tribute every year of stars we have lost from the world of film and tv. Here's 2023 with 2 of my picks Ryuichi Sakamoto and Walter Mirisch in there along with loads of others picked by P&B'ers. Must admit got rather emotional watching it, RIP to them all.
